Use your annual leave. Just say it is for personal reasons.
It is still the truth and they can't force you to explain what personal reasons, hence the meaning of "personal" is illustrated.

just like mavik said, use your annual leave and give the reason to do your personal work. But if regularly do that then your employer will suspicious you are finding others job.

perhaps we cannot always take MC, otherwise we might get fired because of "not fit enough to perform the work" laugh.gif

The best way is just take your anual leave. MC or sick leave is too dangerous! If the company know, they will sack you immediately tongue.gif

The most honourable way is to use Annual Leaves. However, if the company is bad then an MC is in order. smile.gif

They will not going to fire you, just give you brainwashing session everyday for 2 hours or worst frozen you to an uncoverable state.

If you take MC, make sure you are not discovered with a tie and office clothes and your cert file in your car rclxub.gif

Otherwise, you may prepare to hear your boss's speech when you return to office blink.gif
