2 ram slots (up to 16gb)

2 msata slots + 1 sata slot (max. 3TB)

the RE-15 has more capability for expansion.

Z5 use Intel chipset while RE-15 is built on Clevo W355SSQ

No. Both models use Intel HM87 chipset, the W355SSQ is motherboard model name.

I see. I am shopping for a performance i7 machine, none of the U processor.
The cost is high so I might wait for next round of promotion discounts.
Definitely this year before Govt-Serve-Tax.
