Ayam glad could be help over Shawie frens. nestum must be damn du9lan with me cause I spoiled his poison on CD2 whistling.gif Nonetheless, he should proud of me bringing in business though. In the hope in future he will impork more K series good + affordable special saiz tayar for Shawie family icon_rolleyes.gif

Usually peeps would say teredwear hai, grip must be lousy. I was looking at the rating at TW400, but the touch and feel of the tyre side wall is impressive. The moment of the 1st time the tyre roll forward, the amount of sand/stone being lifted up hitting the guard was tremendous, that emits PIK PAK noise all over the place. I already felt impressed by it. By the look of the water rail, I believe wet traction could be unbelievably good. Sidewall may not matched with K-Sport as I press with my finger, but hey! How many of us pek konar at 180kph geh? Speed rating is V spec same as K-Sport. Frankly, for the price u pay I rather take the K-economist then K-Sport.

I'll wait for your WET report as soon as u hit the rain. Stay safe and have fruitful FC day with the new tyres and light weight rim.

i'm the same as you bro. raining time i would try to drive as slow as possible.

but i sometimes try brake hard to know the limit of braking during wet road condition.

tested the semi slick GT RADIAL Champiro before. impressive.
will try the ATR K- Economist later when the road is a bit wet. for the swimming thing, i'm sure this tire will done well.

wanna install the vacuum meter bro. when can we hang around for another round. tt accesories shop pulak. with the vacuum meter, surely FC can try to match you.

now on 12.5km /l. not bad i think. for a heavy footer like me.
this tank will be not over 3k rpm. lets see end of the week, should we.

not too familiar with the sx1 so it may be semi slicks anyways lol

and if you're buying from honest/reputable seller, 2nd tires may not be that bad... i got my 1 piece used cc5 tire from nestum also thumbup.gif

what the manufacturing date of your used tire though? if it's more than 3-4 years i wouldn't bother as well unless it's really dirt cheap.

i hv bring my savvy to accessories shop , symptom is power windows cannot close ,

shop charged rm110 to change p.window panel.

shop know change ,but didnt wash it,

my father take the faulty unit to open , saw the board is dirty ,

,after 2-3 year it happen again,

this type my father wont bother me ,we often fight.

last few month i tried open the panel ,but failed.

I think of a plan ,

this time i want to break the button so i can use test pen to control it
so easy to clean and easy to control,

but the button is very deep and very tough ,

finally i read savoc ,many pics already gone, and think my self ,
manage to open whole panel.

previos unit eleaned by my father ,i replaced it and it working perfectly .
so proud i save rm110 ,

i also manage open the board ,and clean it , fortunately savoc got the pin configuration ,

i got another spare unit , in case spoil halfway on the road.

really proud to save rm110 , shop wont clean and wont know about cleaning.
they replace rm60 , labor rm50 like that.

i think power windows is very important , because sometime i may open windows to kaului.....

so after fix on sunday,

i went to mcdonalds drive thru ,

lol works perfectly........................

really proud to save the money , i doing small business , i dont have salary....

it mean alot to me. i hessitant to change at shop , rather not using it.
but tedious when go thru touch n go need open door and park more far to reach the touch n go board.

Hi Sifu

Today I back my car , and saw a small wet pool of light pink color
oil. But I dont know come from where leh. Is it the famous power
steering thinkgy ? Heard can fix with glue DIY. Please advise.
*
Not recommended. Suggest to send in and replace the power steering sensor. If budget constrain, might as well ask the magician find a jam nut and seal the sensor, that will settle it once and for all.

this one cost less rm50 la bro..

search for "hairey CG" or "Allymotorsport" in facebook. they sold proton parts way cheaper then proton or normal accesories part.

replace both my window switch and the result is fantastic. cost me less 100 for both.

never change ,how far should change?

if no change got harm?

i only change engine oil
*
Power steering fluid and transmission fluid usually people practice 2 years or 60k km once. Brake fluid, as long it looks like kopi-O u should change already. Harm? Hardly, but change it as a precocious jek.

Hi David sifu, what about gear oil, Aircon & Radiator, exhaust, clutch plate, whats the maintenance items and interval? seldom look into that...
*
Gear oil ady answered, as transmission fluid usual practice is 2 years/60k km. You can choose to change it more frequent. According to HONDA SPOON, 1 should change gear oil EVERY ENGINE OIL CHANGE!!!

Aircon, if you're new car please practice once a year. Since your car is NOT NEW anymore, don't bother. Save enough money and wait for the BIG DAY(full overhaul). Old car ady, if no kacau no problem. Once you start service it, then hailut.com.my ady. This 1 rosak, that 1 jangkit ended up pay even more than do it 1 shot later.

Clutch plate and exhaust, if no rosak why fix it. Do remember, check back the clutch cover, if no rosak please KEEP it for spare or sell it to me cheap cheap please whistling.gif However though, in D4F engine the usual wear & tear is NOT the clutch pad, it's the clutch cover itself lose tension doh.gif

davidke20 NOX What does the Kirolsan Chip do? Throttle map?
*
No it doesn't. However, it kacau the intake volume reading from the maps, so your ECU thought angin kencang, cipat kasi more petrol whistling.gif More or less like this. It's not so simple by adding capacity, I believe inside on some simple calculation module that will alter the reading ACCORDING to intake volume so your car doesn't spray asap hitam too much or consume too much petrol on a daily basis unless u go WOT.

As for toto lispons... u guys plis wait don't go spend money on rubbish toto kontoler kinda idiotic crap whistling.gif I ngam² finished tuning my GaGa, now time to migrate to Shawie to start some home work whistling.gif Tentatively, no time to do yet. But yesterday just resigned, now waiting for boss to give me big letter to stay home do nothing, so later I'll have plenty of time to explore icon_idea.gif

hello.. im planning to buy proton savvy 2nd.. this car worth to buy? maintanance cheap or exp?
*
It depends,

1) Pre facelift 2007 model for 5k
2) Post facelift below 10k
3) Vehicle condition is tip top
4) No major accident before
5) All headlamp/tail lamp are original
6) No oil leak

Maintenance wise, just like any other normal car. HOWEVER, replacement parts are NOT CHEAP. As if maintaining any other euro car as it's running on an euro engine.
