These few days was losing coolant pretty quickly, and also notice water dripped out near the drive side of the car at the engine area. Particularly dripped down from crankshaft pulley. I certainly know there isn't any water supposed to came out from crankshaft, so I already suspect water pump will be the culprit. Didn't think much immediately I proceed to sparepart shop look for 1. Price range between 260 ~ 480. After many hours of searching and calling, finally got 1 reasonably cheap Taiwan stock, my regular sparepart shop in KL asking for RM150. I was happily getting myself ready to drive back to KL and buy it. On the way there, magician called, the story as below:

Immediately change direction didn't go back KL take stock. Wasn't expect he can get even cheaper. So ok lar, was about to postpone it until next timing belt change only do 1 shot. But later thought of everyday travel like 200km, scared if anything happened stranded by the road side again. Also worrying, what if the water pump pulley snapped? If the pulley fly out nevermind can atleast get it replace, but what happen if the pulley just break away and doesn't fly out hitting other pulley and component? So, this afternoon die² still go back to magician and let him do.

Whilst dismantling alternator mounting, suddenly...

Poor magician get an instant hot spring shower

And found out, not only the water pump bearing is leaking, the connector hose is breaking apart too since it's plastic

Well, unable to get it repair by today, in the midst of sourcing a piece of METAL connecting pipe, rather than worrying when the new plastic pipe will break again

Repaired. Sorry this time no photo available as I was not at the scene. Total bill RM140 water pump, RM70 for alloy elbow bracket, labor RM50. I hate Shawie

Roughly 200km/day Occasionally drive lika moron. As for now, couldn't wheelspin because tayar much powderful than engine output So far around 8k invested in the damn car

200k when is the last change¿

Depends on how many valves bengkok.

Overhaul will only cost about 2k max. However, change engine is more then 6k in total Anyway, the only good thing about change engine to K3VE is, you get auto tranny, that will eliminate all AMT plobrem in the future. But you lose the fun of having MT and AT at the same time lar

That 1 no need rotate. Alenmen out also no plobrem, faster tayar edge get grind off so you got a reason to faster get rid of the CC5 you hated so marj What next? I guess AD08R again

Your speedo meter ada rosak ka? Usually Shawie kacau jerking is only few things

1) Throttlebody too dirty
2) Speed sensor KO
3) TDC sensor bad connection(but this 1 wanto start car also cannot)

Ada, kat bawah shitstick console. My plan is to replace the shiftlink bushes to PU, but the problem is do not have sample unless gantung the car at workshop. So, this time around I'm planning to get rubber bush first, get them replaced. Use the old bush to fabricate new PU bush and change again. As for the nyek nyek sound under the shift stick, itu plastic mounting I have no idea how to fix yet. Wait until I got time bukak semua to check and see how to improve it

Inexpensive Do so many thing still below 2k Now who said must change to K3VE liao, which will easily costs 6k

U try press the car down and listen to the sound where came from, then only decide lor. Like this use keyboard to nyik nyek ngak bok tok sok chok I also dunno how to help geh. But usually hor, if you get in/out car got such sound could be esoba(damper) rosaked ady. Rear esoba is known to wear off very fast geh, and inexpensive to repair lor.
