any chance developer might raise price for those who purchased earlier?

ive placed booking on friday. Since saturday the price has increased follow from the announcement of LRT project. 25k if not mistaken.

25 k increment only for those facing aeon . The units facing stadium remains the same. Can forese that the high units will take longer time to clear . Yesterday sales so so only honestly ,take up like 10 percent only

If nice f&b can come under their osk then it would be good . SA telling me that they control the quality of the tenant in certain row ( not sure how true ) , if manage to bring Starbucks then really nice . Possibly new landmark of Shah Alam then

shops are sold out n starbucks wont open down there la.. sure open in the Mall.. maybe other coffee shops!

Is there an agreement with the owners about potential tenants?

guys. since the title is under commercial... I know by writing letter to TNB can change to residential provided that you include photos.

i plan on own stay. you guys have any experience with this?
