Already signed my S&P.
Parking on 6th floor. Kinda pissed because this information is available even before booking day after I called YTL and YTL marketing. During registration I directly ask for floor for parking and they say not available.
Blatant withholding of information.

They say parking floor is based on apartment floor only. So those 19th floor block D2 is only 530k get better parking than me who paid more in block D1. Block F who paid cheaper get better parking too.

If I knew I would have saved my 40k and get a cheaper unit. And use that 40k to buy new parking slot when they open for public.

Congrats...
1) Parking everyday would have to turn 11 times up and down.
2) No phone line and have to rely on YES or whatever 3G LTE available later.

Only consolation is...
1) Area is good with all those
2) Air con is included in S&P.
3) Looking forward for the not too bad landscaping of this mid cost apartment.

Hope I won't regret this first prop of mine.

Funny isn't it, the most expensive things we buy in our life time has the least amount of information during the time when we make the purchase. We buy phone, buy car with full information what we are getting.

This will continue unless there are legislation which stipulates that the minimum amount of information must be available before any money change hands.

Sigh.

No choice. As the day was too full and pack with prospects and buyers, it was messy enough and its usual if dev not willing to provide more info esp car parks allocation bcz if they did, purchasers will take longer period to confirm the unit selectin and hence the delay occurred which caused the ppl que behind even more frustrated.

I always ensure myself to check more info bfore I go for booking to avoid dissappointment later, but as an own stay buyer, it would be critical to make quick decision for a min of half a million dollar item.

YTL didn't really release any info about the car park prior, they only told me 8 storeys like MF1.

I don't think it is right to withdraw information such as car park from the buyers for the sake of convenience, but as buyers we just have to bite the bullet due to the escalating situation in property buying.

Furthermore, they even with hold information on the variants in build up, they only showed 3 different layouts in their brochure but failed to tell the buyers that each layout has different build up variation depending on the floors you picked. Luckily I did ask them about this before making a purchase but not everyone does it.

Basically there are 3 layouts if you look the brouchers A5, B4 and C1 with build up area of 1152, 1044 and 1111 sqft.

However, the unit I got is actually A6, some people get A6A and so on, both are similar layout as A5 but different sqft, some smaller, others are bigger.

Buyers didn't get that info while queuing but only know about these variance when making the selection, furthermore it was not indicated that A6 is actually a variant of A5 layout, I needed to ask the staff to get the confirmation.

These are the minor details which I felt shouldn't be omitted or only made known last minute.

Loan agreement RM6,836-95, is it expensive? This is from panel lawyer, kamarudin.
Anyone have a good lawyer to intro?

Right. Anyone got other lawyer? My CIMB charge quite exp for their panel lawyer. 7.8k for 519k loan.
Maybe I'll try YTL's panel lawyer as well.

Difference is phone and car got many units available, and will depreciate over time. This one limited, and investment. Life is like that. Its ok to vent, but I'm sure if given another chance, you'll probably done the same thing, no?
