QUOTE(soulfly @ Apr 3 2006, 08:29 PM) Somehow I don't really like to judge FC based on fuel price. I judge based on how much the fuel consumed for a particular travel distance.... that's what fuel consumption is all about. Mine goes 12km/liter.... 1.6 dohc vtec manual. No matter how high the fuel price is.... the FC stays 12km/liter Agreed. the price cant tell anything. 1. Type = Shell VPower Racing? Ron 97? 2. When = Price by RM2 per liter? RM2.3? 3. and u have to reculculate anytime while fuel price change. by the way. mine is around 12km/L, if highway only, 15KM/L Honda City 2011

QUOTE(pai3355 @ Sep 14 2014, 07:15 PM) After testing new petronas fuel, my subaru xv can get constantly around 8.15l/100km or around 12.25km per litre. Last time i always use petron which can gives me 8.6l/100km or 11.6km per litre. Although petronas gives me better mileage figure but my car cannot accelerate as good when i use petron fuel. 2nd this.. was petron user but now change to petronas due to better mileage.. but as pai said, acceleration decrease so i have to use paddle shift.. haha.. about 40 ~ 60 km different per tank.. city 2010 i-vtec, 95k mileage..

Nissan Cefiro, A32, engine 2.0 Litre 50 RM@2.26 cent/liter --> 22 liter ( as per December 2014 prices) car consumes this amount in 95 KM fuel consumption = 95 / 22 = 4 KM/litre fuel cost = 4 KM / 2.26 RM = RM 0.57 per KM This is the worst car in fuel consumption probably in the entire world.

QUOTE(stevenheaw63 @ Nov 21 2014, 01:39 PM) Hi, I just bought a 2006 honda city vtec. The fuel consumption is only 9km per litre. Is it the average fuel consumption for a hONDA CITY VTEC. pLEASE ADVICE. nope...ur driving condition maybe... mine Honda City 2008 Vtec last 4 tanks.... 16.22km/l 16.21km/l 14.98km/l 15.26km/l i would say a mix of 70% consistent 80-110kph, 20% 20-60kph + 10% 110kph+ of varying speed

I try add in this item below, really improve my performance of the car. Even climb hill much better rather use lower gear for auto. With 4 ppl ard 50kg each can really less consume the petrol. Aircon cooler ard 20%. Overall my fuel save ard 30%. Extra 1 bar can go ard 70km for less jam city drive. I am using Myvi. I full tank Myvi ard rm70 when the bar show 2nd last I pump in. http://yslinfinity.wordpress.com/benifits/

QUOTE(ayamxxx @ Dec 24 2014, 08:44 AM) Thanks for sharing...LOL. IMO, all these "fuel saving" device are BS. Anyone here claiming such either must have ulterior motive or got pyscho-ed with unreliable test that doesn't proves anything that these devices work.

i add this 2 products into my car,i am very sceptical about it at first, but there is many supporting certifications and 3rd party dyno chart,so i just pour it into my car engine and radiator,my fc from 11.5 km/l improved to 13.8km/l(50%city 50% highway)....the product is so good til i ownself have become a dealer now...most important is it can last 30k km once u pour in,unlike conventional oil based oil treatment, the effect will be gone once a new petrol tank or new eo changed...My car is the 1st gen proton campro saga blm btw, very makan minyak....
