how about fuel consumption.. full tank daily ride range of km?

UMA R3 is for 65mm cylinder block which is 196cc . Your cc now 215cc which is the difference is not to far. That's already good cam with high lift and good duration. Maybe you need to setting your carburetor and sprocket.
When you increase your CR then it's not good for long term usage with ron 95.

Before upgrade to current spec. I been using 65mm cylinder block around 3-4 years. Cylinder block never problem but standard rod cannot withstand the stress of 65mm. Consider to upgrade rod before it break and make a hole at engine. I have been there and need to welding back the hole  . I think around 2 years then it break at 80 km/h speed. The rod never problem in 3-4 years after change to other motorcycle rod and use it daily and konvoi.

Previous you mentioned that you remove magnet bearing right? you can try to lay clutch housing and magnet to increase your torque...clutch housing you can lay it half and magnet maximum 3mm...
Don't know the maximum CR because never experiment higher than 11 - 11.5.. as far as I know when it misfire or knocking then it already maximum CR for ron 95.. you get 11.6 than it's good number when you have no such issue.. you can try up to 12.0 and see it have issue like I mentioned..
