Hi,

WTA,

im using LC5S. currently using RB SP522 sportrim for 125Z. use Lagenda 110 sprocket hub + all stock bushing from LC5S.

yesterday bought 6spoke 125z fullchop sportrim but cannot P&P. it seem like need to use thicker sprocket hub and thinner bushing on disk side.

anybody got experience installing 6spoke 125z fullchop sportrim into LC5S? can i know what bushing and sprocket hub you use for the rear wheel?

Thanks.

Y125Z for the rims have 2 types, namely the Y125Z and Y125ZR(newer). The difference will be the rear rim where the hub thickness and positioning is different.

The full chop Enkei that u normally find in shops r Y125Z spec. While the new LC5S follows the Y125ZR spec

So u will need to change/mod the bush to get the Enkei rim centered and fit into LC5S. Its not PnP in this case.

Thanks SMK & man_sate.

currently im using SP522 which required to use Lagenda 110 sprocket hub. and i think the full chop Enkei need to use the original LC5S sprocket hub.

too bad im missing the original 5S Sprocket hub & all the bushing. need to buy new set.

Hello sifu's,

may i ask some question?

- what is the minimum & optimum value for piston deck clearance?
- best static compression ratio for up-stroke motor for Daily & Long distance?
- Vibration can drastically increase if remove one-way bearing & all the electric starter gear?

Thanks alexei & man_sate.

- Currently piston deck 0.25mm + compressed head gasket 0.42mm. Valve pocket done.
- Current static CR 11.6 and i feel that low end torque is not so impressive maybe due to camshaft i use.
- For the one-way bearing i just take out everything biggrin.gif

@alexei

DCR 9.5:1

Camshaft duration in:263 ex:261..

Cylinder head intake port 30mm exhaust 26mm..i think not overport..22/24 cylinder head with 65mm tapper.. sad.gif

Later i try to skim head to increase CR.. biggrin.gif

Camshaft and cylinder head is good.
loss of low end torque or some gaps in powerband can have these possibilities:
1. wrong carburetor size
2. wrong jet setting
3. wrong exhaust primary size
4. wrong exhaust secondary length
5. bad ignition timing due to CDI tuning

Check all these.
*
1. wrong carburetor size = TZM 30mm..plan to change to 33mm carb later.. biggrin.gif
2. wrong jet setting = Jetting 185/35..Plug color light to dark brown
3. wrong exhaust primary size = 26mm inner diameter..should i change to bigger manifold?
4. wrong exhaust secondary length = Modified CJ Ipoh MB28 STD cutting..secondary length around 100mm & around 40mm silencer
5. bad ignition timing due to CDI tuning = this is the one i want to change 1st.. due to current cdi is not tuneable..

1. Tzm able to support till 65mm no worries
2. no idea...refer to plug chart
3. This might wrong d...usually use 30mm/32mm manifold if u change block bigger than 62mm
4. this 1 should be ok.
5. No idea.
*
noted..

will focus on CDI & exhaust 1st.

plan to get BRT i-max 24step & CJ Ipoh Std cutting FM 32

usually for me get the exhaust 1st cost cheaper...if kenot then go for cdi...

cdi is must for me since current cdi got problem after up-stroke..Cut off at 10k rpm..before up-stroke its ok.. hmm.gif

1. 30mm should be enough
2. Supposed to be dark brown. Light brown still dangerous. Up your mainjet to 190.
3. 28mm or 32mm should be good.
4. CJ Ipoh cutting standard already a good exhaust. If you modded standard exhaust at  takim, sometimes the result will be good and sometimes bad. 28mm manifold right?
5. Use PnP CDI such as BRT PowerMax if you want to save your time. BRT i-max 24step can adjust rpm and btdc/degree with a more powerful spark then BRT  PowerMax. Rpm is easy to tune while the btdc/degree is hard to fine tune.

My 10 cent opinion.  biggrin.gif

currently using CJ Ipoh 28mm and modded from secondary pipe till muffler end

sorry i lost track of your bore and stroke dimension. I am assuming you are using 62mm piston with std stroke.

1. 30mm is slightly oversized. I'm using 28mm to get real good low-end. 33mm is very oversized, aiming for 10k above power.
2. jetting on my 28mm carb for 10krpm = 40PJ, 145MJ. check plug color for low-end pull only, since your low-end is lagging.
3. 26mm inlet is about right.
4. secondary looks good. check if the tail pipe is oversized (more than 1.4")
5 . Get UMA racing CDI. If you are in Penang, I have a fully custom controller that can tune by 200rpm range. This device gives me loads of low end without sacrificing mid and top.

if you are on different engine size, let's talk again wink.gif
*
Current spec

- 65mm Bore Kit
- 64.7 Stroke Kit
- 22/24 cylinder head with 65mm tapper
- R3 camshaft
- 30mm TZM Carb MJ185, PJ35 (Plug color is about right)
- Modifed CJ Ipoh MB 28mm exhaust
- Predator CDI

Previously before jeck-up stroke & 19/22 Cylinder head manage to get 162kmh @ 11k rpm..now 10k cut-off already sad.gif

Plan to skim cylinder head to increase CR & will check the ignition timing degree..

nice speed drool.gif ..hehe..65mm is it ceramic kit? i heard alot if ceramic...not long lasting..cannot use as daily bike... with current 60mm spec manage to get 123kmh...i think there is alot 60mm spec can reach higher speed....
*
yes bro..CMS Ceramic + Forged 65mm piston..daily ride to work for almost 1year already biggrin.gif

so far, block and piston still in good condition..only tappet screw got problem once..

UMA digital meter 100% with 80/90 tire

I see. stroke increase will lower down the rpm.

Perhaps u can try these:
- Uma racing camshaft --> good midrange torque.
- 32mm carburetor
- 32mm primary pipe size (inlet around 29mm)
- 1.5" muffler opening
- UMA racing CDI, use map3 +1. If buy UMA custom tune, will have balanced torque curve from low to high.
* note *
not recommending R3 camshaft because the design it is meant for 160cc (per cylinder).
you are now @ 200+cc, the total flow is much more than 160cc. R3 camshaft will cripple your power & torque.
*
Thanks for the suggestion bro.. will go thru 1 by 1..which UMA camshaft do you recommend?
