sorry i lost track of your bore and stroke dimension. I am assuming you are using 62mm piston with std stroke.
1. 30mm is slightly oversized. I'm using 28mm to get real good low-end. 33mm is very oversized, aiming for 10k above power.
2. jetting on my 28mm carb for 10krpm = 40PJ, 145MJ. check plug color for low-end pull only, since your low-end is lagging.
3. 26mm inlet is about right.
4. secondary looks good. check if the tail pipe is oversized (more than 1.4")
5 . Get UMA racing CDI. If you are in Penang, I have a fully custom controller that can tune by 200rpm range. This device gives me loads of low end without sacrificing mid and top.

- 22/24 cylinder head with 65mm tapper
- R3 camshaft
- 30mm TZM Carb MJ185, PJ35 (Plug color is about right)
- Modifed CJ Ipoh MB 28mm exhaust
- Predator CDI
Previously before jeck-up stroke & 19/22 Cylinder head manage to get 162kmh @ 11k rpm..now 10k cut-off already
Plan to skim cylinder head to increase CR & will check the ignition timing degree..
