Throttle response oklah but still semput2 when nak gerak & especially when bike still not warm up enough(this one i think it's normal la). Bike sooo smooth when cruising highway, but climbing up hills (i mean genting last night hehe) cant go sangat power go down, not like when prev setting i feels bike heavy but still there more than enough fuel coming for the engine to keep on pushing. Maybe bcs of the cold weather.

I'll come back to the workshop to change the plug later bcs i forgot ask them to do so. So i was thinking of rejetting it back or is it my current setup is ok?

And may i know which screw is the idle? Left terbenam one or right?
And what with the gold tube at the bottom of the carb?look like place for hose or something the pomen not installed

Good. thumbup.gif
Left one is idle.
The gold tube for overflow. It will overflow the fuel there if your carburetor have problem with float.

anyone can give current indicative selling value for a 2008 Yamaha Nouvo LC135? can fetch above RM3k?

It's well serviced, and WTS due to low usage, can view at Seri Kembangan.

I turn the left screw clockwise, the rpm rise a bit. Turn a lil more the rpm drop till the bike almost stalled. Same goes with turning it counter clockwise. So i was thinking that this screw is the pilot screw? Now i ended up more to clockwise, idle rpm good, finally no more semput2 sgt when starting nak gerak. If this were the pilot screw, so i am running lean or rich?

Forgot to mention, my temperature light went blinking 5 times when switched on, and continue to nyala when the bike started up. Pomen said the TPS socket on vm22 carb that i bought has rosak, already airgun but problem still there.

So is there will be any side effect to the engine or carb bcs of TPS not functional? Or all is fine without it?

Wash and lube the chain once a week during rainy season. Normal season once every 2-3 weeks ikut mood lol.

Got a lot in market. Repsol, STP about rm25-30 per 500ml bottle. Good quality, not merecik2.  Maybe can get cheaper brand from Mr DIY.

If gel type, price higher. Tapi lekat lagi lama.

Original kayaba rm170 iirc..

1. Anybody knows if I could put the y15zr rim on our 135lc v2?
needs to change arm or the mudguard? Im thinking to change to bigger wheel and rear brake disc (upgrade from drum brake).

2. Later on will. Change the block to higher cc; thinking to just put in fz150i block.. Im more towards reliability rather than top speed.

Any good suggestions for both questions above?

1. Why with the bigger wheel? Lc135 5s rear wheel also good enough if u want wider tyre (100/70-17)..just need to adjust the bush and disc assembly need to be installed IINM. Consider racing boy sp rim also. Y15 rim need wider arm

2. 57mm fz block, flat piston and hardened spring valve. Cam either uma R1 or cms T. Should be easy to main with stock rs150. Wait for others otai suggestion

Yeah stock black kayaba one soo reliable. Better you just service the mono if the condition not severe. Others like Yss and RB gas monoshock shiok also 👍

I had a near death experience at dbkl Road. Almost die. A car suddenly swerve, I need to swerve to avoid him, and I fall into a fucking deep hole. My rear rim bengkok habis terus kena buang. .. Luckily tayar still OK.

The latest case is yesterday, at johor port. (I have 2 units of standard 135lc v2) at different location tongue.gif same case, Johor road is similar to port Klang road. Except that it's everywhere in johor. So I need to have bigger wheel to reduce risk of dying lol.

I planned to change bike, but after a long thought, since I always leave the bike unattended at some public station for more than a week, it's best to just maintain the bike with some improvements.

My 135lc at johor needs urgent upgrade to the motor, I think previous owner lenjan and cakap manis (cilaka betul). My 135lc at kl, bought new, 40k mileage, no problem with engine at all. Only replaced wear and tear.

Conclusion:
Upgrade to 150cc (jb bike)
Upgrade to rear brake disc (jb and kl bike)
but if bigger wheel is not recommended at rear, it's OK. I can still hold on to it. Lol

Im sorry for your bike's rim. Whatever rim you are using will bengkok also if hit such pothole with great force. But wider tyre does gives us stability, do consider LC 5speed rear rim if interested. But need extra around 400+ if not mistaken for brake disc installation and few modification at the swing arm and brake lever. Use softer mono preset if the condition of the road you commute is soo severe

Yes. It is adjustable

Can seem to find any picture online lol

Its doing fine
I mean. Its a huge improvements over my stock monoshock

Been using it for 2years 6 months
Its super flat. Doesnt absorb any shock at all

So now. There a significant improvement la
Feel more stable. More solid
Less... Bouncy

Whether the monoshock really good
Or that my stock monoshock just too shot hence any improvement is a massive improvement sweat.gif

But my wife does comment that she as a passanger, does feel more comfort whenever theres a pothole or roadbump

Utk daily ride. Sekarang ni pakai tayar stock kilang, duro. Licin sikit bila time hujan. Insecure. Haha
