Hi Emily,
Please do not trust them. I have a nightmare after subscribed with Prima One. They are actually not links with TM. I have check with my TM AE. Luckily i only subscribed for 1 year and definitely will not be continue. We are the one have to follow up every wrong invoice. FYI, every months i received wrong invoice. I am felt regret with their services until now. if i have a choice, definitely i will terminated their services.

Hi emily,
please do not trust them. my company have subscribed with them and actually they are not links with TM. After one month my company subscribed with their services, they give me 3 invoices instead of 2. what kind of management? and the invoice also wrong as agreed. and my finance department hold the payment. we are waiting for the invoice about 1 month and after that, Prima one simply terminated our account without notice and the reason is because we not make a payment. How we are going to make payment if we received wrong invoice??? we are not ABC company to simply received the invoice and make payment. Definitely our AF will not accept it. (agreement has been indicated the fix rate.)
I have received below email due to the late payment as mentioned by Prima One. :
Received email from their legal department as below : legal@avista-inc.com[U]
[COLOR=red]Despite our numerous reminders by telephone calls and due to your non co-operation with regards to settling the sums rightfully due to us, we regretfully have to inform you we will proceed with listing your company in Credit Reporting Agency databases. You are on notice that any other charges involved with this listing and other further recovery action taken against you will also be borne by you and without further notice to you. We will not entertain any calls accept for the settlement payment.
What make me angry is, they did mentioned "non-cooperation" by right i have remind them so many times to amend the invoice! and they are going to proceed our company to Credit Reporting Agency. Is it fair????
Below are the list:
1. MR RUSTAM AFFENDI - do not knw the position but he is superior for HARIS ARIFIN 2. MR HARIS ARIFIN – Business Development Executive 3. MR VINCENT LIM – Business Development Manager 4. AVISTA LEGAL 5. Avista Credit Control

Thanks for sharing brothers. Just now, snr dev. manager of pinggir armada (prima 1?) came to my company and briefed about another 20% discount as addition for the current TM smart call package. But when I asked 3 questions, he unable to answer me as below:- 1. Q: Can I see the copy of company registration no. (ROC)? A: Don't have. We registered under MCMC 2. Q: Can I see the copy of authorization letter from TM as evidence your company legally TM business partner? A: Don't have. We're 3rd party company 3. Q: How about the bill payment? A: Separate bill, 1 from TM another 1 from Armada.
*I just said to him, our company will maintaining the smart call services from TM.

I find that their service is good, pay less with the same package outside. Get to cut down some budget every month.

Hi,
I'm not too sure about this company but I'm shock when I read through all these comments. Our company are using their service for the past 2 years before I join and so far so good. I won't said the service is perfect, but when we facing the line down issue normally they send their technician to solve our issue within 24hours. We engage with their unlimited call package, for a logistic company we do make a lot of phone calls. In short after we pay the TM bill and their Package Fees, compared with last time still justifiable la.
Maybe we are the lucky one didn't kena the issue like some of you mentioned.

if you ask me, i will strongly not recommend you to subscribe their service.. our company just subscribe their service few months ago, all service, including the cheaper fixed line package, mobile phone line package, and internet package..
1) Fixed line - Well, this is so far the best service among all their service, although we still have to split our bill, one to TM, one to them, but unlike TM, their invoice can't give you many details such as time and duration of time call. but we did see some savings on the bills..
2) Mobile phone line - Although we are using the same Celcom line but registered under their packages, but in the same area, normal Celcom got line, but their Celcom package don't have.. tried to ask our Celcom salesman last time, he said actually that company is using lower grade simcard, that's why the service and performance is lower.. (I don't know how true it is, but the bad performance part is true..) And time to time, the line will barred suddenly and everytime we have to call them to activate back the line.. they will just blame Celcom for that reason.. For the invoice part, same with #1, you won't get any details on your invoice, even if you subscribe 10 numbers from them, in the invoice will still showing 1 line summary of your package.. so if you got new accountant/clerk or maybe sometimes you forget already, you won't be able to know what are the numbers you are actually paying for..
3) Internet package - You won't get what they promised.. either the speed and the stability of the internet connection.. even though their technician did come few times, but they will just blame what they can blame.. your office area is not under the coverage, the weather, the device, etc... at the end, you still getting lower speed, unstable connection...
too bad we signed 2 years contract... now my boss even thinking want to pay the penalty just to let go their service..
