if you ask me, i will strongly not recommend you to subscribe their service.. our company just subscribe their service few months ago, all service, including the cheaper fixed line package, mobile phone line package, and internet package..
1) Fixed line - Well, this is so far the best service among all their service, although we still have to split our bill, one to TM, one to them, but unlike TM, their invoice can't give you many details such as time and duration of time call. but we did see some savings on the bills..
2) Mobile phone line - Although we are using the same Celcom line but registered under their packages, but in the same area, normal Celcom got line, but their Celcom package don't have.. tried to ask our Celcom salesman last time, he said actually that company is using lower grade simcard, that's why the service and performance is lower.. (I don't know how true it is, but the bad performance part is true..) And time to time, the line will barred suddenly and everytime we have to call them to activate back the line.. they will just blame Celcom for that reason.. For the invoice part, same with #1, you won't get any details on your invoice, even if you subscribe 10 numbers from them, in the invoice will still showing 1 line summary of your package.. so if you got new accountant/clerk or maybe sometimes you forget already, you won't be able to know what are the numbers you are actually paying for..
3) Internet package - You won't get what they promised.. either the speed and the stability of the internet connection.. even though their technician did come few times, but they will just blame what they can blame.. your office area is not under the coverage, the weather, the device, etc... at the end, you still getting lower speed, unstable connection...
too bad we signed 2 years contract... now my boss even thinking want to pay the penalty just to let go their service..
3rd Party Telco, Prima One, Chatgate etc.
