I won't said the service is perfect, but when we facing the line down issue normally they send their technician to solve our issue within 24hours. We engage with their unlimited call package, for a logistic company we do make a lot of phone calls. In short after we pay the TM bill and their Package Fees, compared with last time still justifiable la.
