Thanks for sharing brothers. Just now, snr dev. manager of pinggir armada (prima 1?) came to my company and briefed about another 20% discount as addition for the current TM smart call package. But when I asked 3 questions, he unable to answer me as below:-
1. Q: Can I see the copy of company registration no. (ROC)?
A: Don't have. We registered under MCMC
2. Q: Can I see the copy of authorization letter from TM as evidence
your company legally TM business partner?
A: Don't have. We're 3rd party company
3. Q: How about the bill payment?
A: Separate bill, 1 from TM another 1 from Armada.
*I just said to him, our company will maintaining the smart call services from TM.
3rd Party Telco, Prima One, Chatgate etc.
