It is a product flaw. I have been using smartphone since HP Ipaq days and I hv never experience such issue. No phone is supposed to do that.

Having more ppl experiencing this problem means it is a serious defect, it doesn't mean our phones are not faulty.

Having the phone screen facing away from my leg when it is in my pocket means high chance of knocking into something and breaking it.

If you don't mind the bulk or spending on a flip cover then you have a temporary solution.

However, I feel the phone shouldn't behave this way and the manufacturer (Nokia) should take full responsibility to rectify this.

the only good solution for nokia is to change the ui for call received, should be swipe left/right than up/down. and should use an icon for call received for better choice

agreed. can see that this prob come out after distribution n nokia should be grateful ui can still be change. it was totally different from xperia z1 compact which prob is flash bleed. reviewers believe sony awares of the defect but still continue wid the production.
