Something strange is happening to my phone. When I want to update my app in Nokia store, it tells me to update my phone before I can update the app. My phone is already running v11.1.1. Anyone else facing this issue?

Another thing is I am getting the "Please Wait" screen sometimes when I want to get back to home screen.
It used to do this before I updated to v11.1.1, then it started again from yesterday. Can anyone help?

No. I turned off the phone, even remove the battery then restarted the phone. Still the same.
I just read in gsmarena. Others are facing the same problem too.
Very puzzling.

there a lot of improvements that can be done to the Nokia X platform.
one of them is access to native file explorer. I don't need much of the extra features that 3rd party file manager app offers but I do use the file manager quite often so I hope it can be done on the future updates cheers.gif

I'd rather have more RAM and autofocus compared to megapixel size.

It is worth phone to buy, it is good enough for daily use with this price. If you go for gaming, then still ok for it.

It has been more than a week since I last heard from Nokia Malaysia concerning my issue (phone calls got answered in pocket). I have a feeling that they are not going to find a solution soon and I also don't think they will give me a new replacement phone.

I don't think your phone are faulty, I just notice mine keep picking up calls when in my pocket and screen facing my leg.

It is a product flaw. I have been using smartphone since HP Ipaq days and I hv never experience such issue. No phone is supposed to do that.

Having more ppl experiencing this problem means it is a serious defect, it doesn't mean our phones are not faulty.

Having the phone screen facing away from my leg when it is in my pocket means high chance of knocking into something and breaking it.

If you don't mind the bulk or spending on a flip cover then you have a temporary solution.

However, I feel the phone shouldn't behave this way and the manufacturer (Nokia) should take full responsibility to rectify this.
