Updates, macro testing! Found a link which teaches on how to make a DIY omnibounce thingy. So went and made one myself. Then went out and did some testing. Here's how the kar chang looks like:



Both made using mounting boards. Then i used a aluminium foil to cover the rounded flash bouncer

Here are the results, without editing.

hmmm think so, somehow it lacks the punch =/ maybe i shud add the contrast?

The flash bouncer's material don't really suit the objective as it has absorbed some of the light. Try to use reflective material for its surface. How about using the aluminum foil to cover the inner surface of the flash bouncer?

hmmm, good idea, will look for a way to put the allu foil to the bouncer. Check back later, thanks for the suggestion

the macros...looks a lil OOF ler... i think aperture too low...for instance the dried leaf...should focuse the whole top part instead of just that middle portion... my 2 cents...
