it's good to isolate the backlight from the subject, otehrwise it will spill into the fill light and overexpose the shirt like the first picture....waist gone

Hmmm, will give that a try again, my next project is another kind of lighting, which im having troubles trying to figure out the lighting setup =/ Actually i dont mind if the waist is gone, the shadow would help solve that

but yes, its better to get it right on the spot

I cant use a dedicated on camera flash cuz i have to use the remote trigger on the hot shoe to trigger the main strobe. The reason why i wanted her to stick to the wall is because i wanted to play with the shadow, somehow i thought that the shadow might work.
