Thx for sharing about the lighting man... Thats really alot of preparation and equipments...
Do you use any wallpaper on the background and the floor? It seems perfectly white...
Or you use those strobe to light up the background and the floor until they become flat white?
originally. a mistake is made. which is the background wasnt white enough. the 1st set was the original set. Though i can jack up the RAW in adobe raw - which i did in the 2nd set.
didnt used any wallpaper at all.

It's the studio's wall

yeah, you can use those strobe to blast the wall so that it can be pure white
It wasnt perfectly white. I did some tweaking in photoshop.

because it wasnt high key enough

Here's how i did it.
Open the image in photoshop.
select background layer, duplicate it twice.
on the 1st duplicate, which is above the background layer, set blend mode to screen.
on the top layer, set blend mode to overlay for a high contrast mood. Or to softlight for a more natural feeling.
then go to layers > new adjustment layer > levels
tweak the gamma slider to the left to reveal the details, but not too much. then tweak the right slider to the left a little bit, around 5.
then flatten the image. you're done
