for my suggestion, you can buy the Vitamin B Complex supplement which it can get it in Pharmacies, Natural Farm, Nutritile and so....... Lot of foods have contain some source of Vitamin B such as iVn.B3, Vin.B5 in Avocado, Leeks, Broccoli and so. But you cant get it more.
