Who wanna to have weight loss, you can join the climbing club or stay inside the jungle for few days, I can sure that you able to see the result, haha. So not need spend $$$ to go those jidangao shop.

You should try this shampoo called Nizoral. Damn power. Even after 1 wash can see the difference already.

what about Selsun?

I got the Nizoral together with some other stuff, no idea how much it costs but should be more than RM50 for 100ml. Works way better than Selsun as its a prescription drug based. Works by killing the fungi that actually causes dandruff.

i don't have dandruff problem, and does Nizoral still works for me?
or Nizoral is for hair fall caused by dandruff?

Selsun essentially works in the same way, while nizoral uses ketoconazole, selsun uses selenium sulfide.

Selsun blue is a somewhat milder form while selsun(not blue, usually in a yellow bottle) comes with higher levels of selenium sulfide. BTW, nizoral is an over the counter shampoo in other parts of the world(not sure about Malaysia, never used it before), just like selsun is.

When it's gone...hair will grow back because the dandruff blocked the hair folicle (where hair grows)
