Just starting to take care of two lovely budgies and two white-rumped sharma. They can be really active and noisy especially in the morning. Especially one adult sharma.

hi guy, interested to pet a parrot, im looking for cockatiel
any advice? is it suitable to newbie like me... BTW, i rent a room in condo, which not much choice of pet i can go for |
