Ah, sadly no. No service number is ok, as long as you have your IMEI is enough.

Yeap, their customer service is the worst. Everytime anything you ask, they will say they promise/try their best/let service center know and etc etc....but none of it had been done, when I rage at them, they only know how to reply "sorry for all the inconvenient cause....bla bla bla" and never actually find a solution to solve it doh.gif

Haha, yeah. At first when I send, I thought they improve their services cause the front desk worker so confidently tell me that "Phone can collect within a week but mostly just need around 2~3 days" and in the service report date of estimate to collect phone is like 3 days later! they even state the estimate collect time. But....when 1 week later, I call and ask, their answer is "Under assessment" not even under repair yet after 1 week. doh.gif

If im not wrong, you need to send back to Senheng and SenHeng will send to HTC service center, that day when I send my phone to HTC Service Center, a senheng worker is there with a big box of all HTC phone wrapped with bubble wrap send for warranty.

No more HTC for me, once again dissapoint me. Back from oversea, parents told me no news of my phone at all. Call the customer service, they ask me I walk in to send my phone, why request courier. Have to tell the whole story again, and the result, they did not courier out even after confirm fixed and tested on 22nd July. And Once again, they say will contact me back on wednesday. Seriously HTC doh.gif doh.gif

Got back my phone at last. So far, purple tint problem solved, sim unable to detect problem seems solved too and I notice they change the back casing of my phone as my beats logo is kinda fade off before I send in, but when I receive it the beats logo looks totally new but there is scratches on the other part of back casing sweat.gif checked IMEI and S/N its still same and they updated my phone to the latest hboot which is 1.57 doh.gif thought no chance to S-OFF anymore, but apprantly firewater works rclxms.gif

Other than that, they really dont take care of customer phone properly sweat.gif my screen protector full of scratches , glue marks, finger print and some unknown substances which I have to change to a new one sweat.gif

I kinda feel that they screwed up my phone too. On the day I go collect and they told me I unable to collect, the front desk person ask me "Your phone cant be switch on right? Thats why they took longer to repair" and thats not the case, my phone is perfectly fine except for purple tint and I show him the service report, there obviously stated by him "Camera Purple Tint & SIM Tray Issues" and he even turn on my phone and try when I send in sweat.gif sweat.gif HTC Customer Service really hopeless doh.gif

Yeap, I done the survey of their service > 10 times. Each time contact them thru phone/email/online chat, sure got rating at the end and all the time I give them poor sweat.gif kinda doubt they will actually improve based on that shakehead.gif

At least 2 weeks or more for sure. Previously send my phone for purple tint issues, it took around 1 months++ for them to fix it. Last week I just send my phone again for battery replacement, as warranty is over so I have to pay RM129 for new battery + workman ship, and it only took 3 hours to fix it but if other issues, the person in charge told me that most parts for M7 is out of stock, so at least 2 weeks is require and should expect it will take longer.

Nope tongue.gif just change my phone battery and now not looking for high end phone anymore, as long as smooth enough for whatsapp, email and call is enough for me and most important for me now is battery life biggrin.gif but in future if I'm changing phone, will not get phone with non-removable back cover, it is pain in the ass to repair, especially HTC One M7 as most shop outside does not want to risk to repair sweat.gif

There is one shop quote me RM500 sweat.gif, saying that after disassemble the back cover sure out of shape so have to change whole casing, while HTC service center told me they will only change the back cover for us, other part of casing will be remain. So my back cover now is new lol, last time my beats logo faded, now its is totally new rclxms.gif and battery come with 3 months warranty. So far the battery satisfy me, heavy whatsapp and email can last 2 days, but its totally empty phone only whatsapp, facebook and email sync.

Brightstar service center, RM129 include labour charge, can choose either pay deposit RM80 or pay full when you send.

You may try this number 0379402888, its the direct number for brightstar service center at Wisma Kemajuan PJ. If you send on the morning, most probably you can get it on the same day.

I prefer send it back to them personally, as I feel much safer and able to get an approx. date to get back my phone. After my warranty on purple tint issue around 1 year ago till now does not encounter any purple tint issue at all, so my guess is that at least it will last you another year or 2 by the time should be time for new phone tongue.gif .
