well i just got call from HTC, my phone will be available in next week :\

maybe that is software issue? pretty much like wb issue

they will repair i think, they won't replace for you

2nd thing is HTC ONE housing actually is glued, so if you sent to repair something, actually they had to destroy the housing (due to the strong glue on housing) when they dissemble your phone...

only when you send your phone repair in 3rd party shop (rm700 around that) then the technician will tell you they wont glue like HTC do hehe because next time dissemble can keep using old housing.

my colleague sent his phone to replace the crack screen, that's what he told me.

don't know , how ever confirm cost you 700 or more because my colleague want to change screen crack, it cost 700 for changing whole housing. default HTC ONE housing they used strong glue to stick it tightly, if you dissemble it, the housing no long re-usable. so need replace new one.

wait for HTC one like doing promo for ONE X hehe then i consider XD

ya, that dual camera gimmick actually is not impress me. i prefer 1 camera module that working fine and efficient instead

so i sent my phone in 3rd march, 25 march only start repairing ==. (diagnosis for 3 weeks )

just got back my phone via mail... roughly tested my camera is totally no issue, including purple zebra pattern spot when face certain low light area.

haven't test other yet... report there only wrote "camera malfunction".

case/ housing maintain same dented like when i sent there. SP still stay in there lol.
