Why are people so surprised with the loss?
It's a mid table club against a top team in the name of olympiakos. People expecting man utd to win is just like expecting west ham to win when playing against city in eithad.

In b4 people ask me go suppork city.
*
olympiakos is a top team?

they were lucky to even qualify for the last 16 of UCL.

they never won the 2nd round of UCL, not until today.

they are the greek champion. greek. Greece. not some turkish league or BBVA or Serie A.

2-3 years is not a long time.
Its not as if you are going anywhere.

by the end of 2-3 years, man utd would be facing bankruptcy if things are not changing asap

olimpiakos boss 2-0 up: standing up shouting and managing players
Moyes 2-0 down: walking around shaking his head and sitting on the bench...
Surely this is not right FFS

what a season..ugly jersey, mediocre manager who break all sorts of unwanted records, got dumped out of all cup competition (well,,almost all soon)..possibly no CL football next season...seems to be a good start for the downward spiral..

oh wai~..only 1 season je..pool's fan suffered longer than that  laugh.gif
*
well, at least this season's jersey is not as bad as the infamous table cloth laugh.gif

oh well, there's always a silver lining at every clouds.

no matter how much we want moyes to go, the board seems to be very forgiving and gave moyes another chance (the last chance i believe) to keep the sinking sailboat sailing.

hopefully after harsh criticisms from literally every corners of the world, moyes will finally make up his mind about his best starting 11 and play a more positive and attacking football.

i think moyes' standard is equivalent to sam allardyce.

gave bolton wanderers the stability but never brought them to higher position.

mata together with torres were not named to join spanish squad for the midweek friendly.

im pretty sure he must be regretting his choice to join man utd with moysie at helm. should have joined atletico.

who dares to question moyes? come here i'll give u a spank!

man utd played the best football just now. didnt u see that we were pressing pool team high on the pitch? we also got lots of chances with lots of on targets!

we subbed in welbeck and cleverly and we played even better football!

Honestly , without the first Penelty , I still think its going to be a hard game for Liverpool . Even though we did not play the best football , Liverpool did not either . First half was probably 40-60 ( not possession ) which still isn't that bad .

That being said , 2-0 down , hoping to see at least some shots or chance , nothing big came.

Back to half time . I feel that januzaj should be subbed out right after the 1st half . In situation like this , I would rather see young at the wings to be honest . RvP had a horrible night , he look like he lost his heart to play after going 2-0 down .

I feel like we need players with pace in this game especially at the wings , someone like Nani ? If you look at our midfield and attack , nobody has good pace .

This game has past , hopefully there will be a better performance next game , a desperately needed big win .
*
well, if u watch the same match that i did just now, liverpool completely controlled the opening of the match. only in the middle did fellaini made some exceptional tackles to help us get a lil bit control of the ball. tongue.gif

apart from that rooney shot at the end of the first half, i thought there was nothing else to shout about.

the problem here is not about pace, but tactics. we ditched fast runners like young and valencia for januzaj and mata and yet we still wanna play the same traditional winger tactic, and hoping to cross the balls. mata had to stray from his position only then we had several possessions in the middle
