I think is a time write out my past years workout.. I around 175cm

I used to be so fat around 120kg +/- . One day my ex ex gf told me that.. gosh you damn fat!! let's break up!! I asked her for a chance and she ok. 3 month is your time frame she said.

Guess what? I from obese fat guy down to skinny skeleton in 3 month in improper diet and exercise. 55kg just gone.. Poof!! Poof!!! I tell you!! hilang terus but my ex ex gf still give me a reason, actually you too poor for me. I want richer bf.. damn it!! anyway past is the past..

I only ate 3 biscuit and 1 cup of coffee for around 2 month then only i back 1 meal per day.. I understand that totally unhealthy but during young day, apa pun dare.

I jog for 30min, push up, sit up and jump for 30min then repeat again. I keep myself sweating for 4 hours. That is really one hell exp i can tell you. I almost had cramps every single night and sometime I do have whole body cramps.. My tears only come out, i cannot even shout a word. Seriously pain in the ass

Then after few month, my buddy told me that i am too skinny then I should hitting to gym so I decided to gym for few month. To be exact 9 month then I stop because my ex gf asked to stop lo... Then start to feed me until 80kg

After 9 month skinny - back average joe size

After 2 years, I realize i am kinda fat and no stamina so i go back to gym on April 2013.

after stop 1 year.. only fat increase - Those fat thank to my current gf lo... laugh.gif

Then I start workout - Mon, Wed , Fri is weight training and tues, thurs is Cardio

My workout - Normally I mix my workout. Example chest day I will workout biceps too but I will aim most chest. I prefer body weight workout like chin up, pull up, etc

Mon - Chest shoulder day.
Tues - Leg day as i go cycle up hill. whistling.gif
Wed - tricep, biceps.
Thurs - Cardio and leg again
Friday - Back and lat

My food .

Morning - Mee with extra egg coffee
Lunch - Little bit white rice, a lot of meat, vege and egg or tofu with coffee
Tea Break - Burger < Seriously? nah my burger contain 1x chicken thigh and vege. Not those mix burger. with coffee
Before workout - Banana with Milo
After workout - 2 scoop of whey protein and milk.
Midnight snack - Nuts - fruit.

Oh ya.. During my weight day(i love to call that way). There is no dinner for me because i ate my burger around 5PM 90min before my workout.

I aiming to become much leaner this years. hope end this year I can post a photo of less 10% body fat.. I know first thing is my damn food.. sad.gif

actually its ok to eat junk food. but make sure meet your macro, dont over eat..
but 1 day 3 cups of coffee..can sleep kah?
hahaha...i only can drink in the morning. otherwise night very energetic.

Bro u are my idol. Want to ask u something. Im 183cm and weigh around 115 kg. I started running+workout for 45min x 6 days a week. now already 2 weeks doing it. Everyday i eat a small portion of rice for lunch with some meat (chicken, fish etc) and vege but night i avoid rice and eat more protein and some slice of bread. Am i doing it right? My target is achieving around 90kg in 3months. Advice form u bro, thanks.

You actually didnt look THAT fat/bad at the start... it's more your image that's the problem, probably due to low self-esteem or lack of confidence (fat people normally not so confident la)...

but you lost the specs, and groomed your hair... added to bettering your image...

damn you really leng zhai now... (not gay).

Well done...

im in the process now too, not gym-ing, but cardio-ing to lose weight...

Actually is very hard to tell you either wrong or right because what I do is try and error. From my experience, I will eat less then what I need per day to achieve weight lose. The logic to slim down quite simple, get your BMI result to see how much you calories you need per day then just ate 50-70% calories from result+ increase your metabolism so you can burn for fat.

I mean comparing your 'fat version' and your 'skinny version'... both look equally unattractive... coz you didnt groom yourself... but when you started to buff up, assuming you added some self-confidence, you looked much much better, not only becoz you are fit but also because you look like you actually think you're good looking.

But that '3 biscuit a day' thing... damn.. freaky.

dangg great job ts!! that is really motivating to many people out there who are planning to lose on some weight rclxms.gif

me too did the unhealthy diet for 6 weeks + intense interval exercise (1 hour) for 6 days a week and i went from 86-76kg right before chinese new year. but after chinese new year until now i am still doing the same exercise but meal wise really light breakfast and dinner but normal portion of meal for lunch (since i started working now) and so far still maintain around 74-76 with not much improvement of appearance wise sad.gif probably plan to take on some weight loss supplement soon for a quicker results blink.gif

I'm seriously amazed at how much weight you lost in 3 months. Granted, your method wasn't healthy at all, but wow, just wow!
