me too did the unhealthy diet for 6 weeks + intense interval exercise (1 hour) for 6 days a week and i went from 86-76kg right before chinese new year. but after chinese new year until now i am still doing the same exercise but meal wise really light breakfast and dinner but normal portion of meal for lunch (since i started working now) and so far still maintain around 74-76 with not much improvement of appearance wise
