Bro u are my idol. Want to ask u something. Im 183cm and weigh around 115 kg. I started running+workout for 45min x 6 days a week. now already 2 weeks doing it. Everyday i eat a small portion of rice for lunch with some meat (chicken, fish etc) and vege but night i avoid rice and eat more protein and some slice of bread. Am i doing it right? My target is achieving around 90kg in 3months. Advice form u bro, thanks.
