According to Jerry (Seal's sa), the designer suite might be available for viewing too just not start to sell. .. so I guest this weekend can hang around over there. ... Haha

according to another SA, she informed me the designer suite will b ready 4 viewing early nex mth, booking on mid next mth.. the shoplots about 6000sqf, price also rm6xx/sqf. im more interested on the designer suites, but i wonder how were the potentials on designer suites. if house, @ least family still can stay, but for SOHO, actually, got demand or not? mind 2 share ur views on this?

Queen avenue residence unit, going to launch soon, indicative price RM600 psf. walkable to salak south LRT station, it jz too expensive if u asked me. can go for other LRT/MRT project with better location. like lake ville by mahsing.

Yeah and also its near Kepong... its further away from KLCC... more than 16km away and Permaisuri is only less than 10km away
Location is not as good as Permaisuri... I think Permaisuri is more centralised
