On NJOI here. Just now received call from Astro that there's a promo to pay RM43.xx and can watch over 90 channels for first 3 months. After that will reduce the number of channels

A CNY promo he said. Still deciding

They open mostly Chinese channels since it's CNY

Also got education and sports channel. I forgot to ask got cartoon ones or not. Tomorrow when he call back will inform him my decision

I think they random call some Chinese customers

Haizzz.. I was wondering in the future after sales service for this Njoi.
It's seems like astro won't take responsible for this Njoi package.. doh.gif

That why I backup plan to subscribe the astro family lite which is only RM21.20/monthly..
The package almost same as Njoi those limited channels, but just only extra channels such as KBS, CTI Asia and others (which I forget already)...

Why cannot? cool2.gif
Njoi can support the RCA cable (is RCPA or RCA - forget the short form name already. sweat.gif ) which include yellow (video), red and white (sound)..

But you might experience when you watch HD channels, the resolutions quite bad because yours is old box TV...

Yes. Why not..
If not mistaken at the decoder can "set" the resolution.. Got 1080i, 720p 420p etc.

How to tell Astro not to deactivate the smart card?
Astro say due to did not switch on the NJOI for a while.

Impossible want to watch the TV almost every single day.

Well u can call their customers service number
Or talk / PM on their FB page..

Anyhow didn't know, if don't on decoder for weeks, astro would deactivate the smart card. Its new info for me blush.gif
