hi guys,

everytime i turn on the njoi, the setting menu will appear, is that possible to disable this or make it auto close within seconds, because my mum dont know how to close it everytime.

secondly, i'm trying to set the remote pair with my tcl tv, but it only hv 9 brands options, is it cannot pair with tcl ? i saw online the pair menu is diff from mine, it got more than 9 brands including tcl brand. any idea?

NJOI’s Kids Explorer Pack is now Kids & Knowledge Pack. Now comes with 7 additional news channels namely:

maybe can try setting "info banner" set to 1s?

ops...cant set the start up menu.

Press "back" button on the remote control to dismiss that settings menu.
Alternatively, straightaway press channel number as if you want to watch other channel, also can.

Yes. Since the Ulti Box itself is a streaming device anyway; you need Wi-Fi to connect.

doubleM2I doubt they enable features like VOD, cloud recording and Play from Start for NJOI customers using Ulti Box.
Because if they do, then there's no differentiator with the usual Astro service already...

Until they officially replace the current HD box into Ulti Box, better don't conclude that it'll have those features enabled to you.

Channel lineups are nearly the same as those of Astro. Now what's left is from the News & Documentary segment: Ch 511, 512, 514.
