This channel very blurry.

Try to look at the channel video properly, especially near the logo. You will notice some sort of blurring or sometime pixelation.

As if the channel doesnt have enough bitrate.

Same with channel 802, take a look on the arena HD logo.

First pic.
Look at the clothes, instead of seeing clothes' lines, it is blurry.
Now, notice the blue waves lines under "GO"
Seem like upscale from standard definition 480/576.

Second pic.
Notice the compression artifact on 'ASTRO' and "Sukan SEA" words.
When 802 available for viewing on the eve of SEA Games, I didn't see such artifact.

Right click, save image as, open with some photo viewer, Fullscreen.
Much more easier to notice the artifacts.

Lodge complaint? Consumer tribunal.......let just say it is just a waste of time....and move on. Think of the RM7 and time wasted on astro customer service as a lesson.

I am old enough, when I was young, the first TV my parent bought home was a second hand black and white tv, no color.

This 'free' NJOI channel quality is an indicator of how is astro paid channel looking right now....

Those channels you mentioned are free to view. No need to reload the prepaid......

Last time someone edited the NJOI HD channel listing mentioning 8TV/TV3 HD will be available in year 2014.....Guess how that turn out....

Every ASTRO SIM card is linked to its own decoder.

You will need to go to ASTRO service center and re-link your NJOI SIM card serial to your astro byond decoder.

Sorry to disappoint you, Njoi doesnt have documentary type channel available. (both free and paid channel)
