because sometime the price maintain and no attention taken, once down already panic ask what happen and what should i do now ...... this is quite normal for human behaviour ......

panic sell? haha..
i did not take action. No sell.. and no buy.
so, will be stuck with it for a while...

Anyway, thats the risk in property. I hv few personal property too. sometimes no tenant..sometimes lousy tenant. very stressed.
Tot putting money into REITS to lower the stress level. But still hv same issue..

LOUSY TENANTS and TENANT SHIFTING OUT... issue.

At least with reit, if don't like, then can sell instantly and recoup the money back 3 days later, as compared if own property without tenant, then still need to pay maintenance fee, expenses etc.

Own property - lousy, troublesome tenant, plenty of headache to chase the rental, chase the tenant out.

Reit - lousy tenant, trouble tenant, worst situation, no dividend received.

didn't read much or it hasn't been disclosed... getting more capital for assorted things like upgrading, i suppose.

i hope so...

if not, may sell partial at least.

myreits all under so much pressure now... dunno if it is becos of no water, tourists, aircraft, weak investments, weak rentals, gst or simply rakyat got no money to spend...
