Annual report. I remember pavreit occupancy rate is almost 100%

Valuing REITs based on book value is not really relevant IMHO.

U buy REITs for what? For the dividends. U don't buy a REIT and hope (that the REIT manager) to sell off its assets in open market and realise their fair values.

Thus, dividend valuation is more relevant.

today best performers in my portfolio are REITs. well i guess they had dropped enough for the moment, let others follow their tail first. tongue.gif

(吉隆坡3日讯)正当大部分经济学家均认为国行会在今年内升息之际,法国巴黎银行(BNP Paribas)则认为国行对经济增长风险感到担忧,若3月时政府未调涨燃油,国行可能会以降息0.25%应对。
国行上周三第16次维持隔夜政策利率(OPR)在3%水平不变,但法国巴黎银行经济学家麥克尼古拉斯认为,国行文告透露出“增长下滑风险渐露”的语调,却对通胀表示乐观。
他在报告中指出,在通胀未过度扩大的情势下,国行将降息力保经济增长。
“国行对外围增长展望不变,但这是建立在先进国增长的信心,区域经济展望则令人担忧,特别是中国经济数据持续疲软。”
他补充,国行也在文告中二度提起“国际金融市场波动”的字眼,此情况或将引领投资导向型增长放缓。

Guys, newbie here to enter Reits, targetting to buy SunReit and PavReit, is it good timing to enter now?

Jus one silly question, normally dividend will be given around April is it? If yes, should wait until the dividend given and price "adjusted" only enter?
