Hi,
When reports say that the DY for xxxreits is 6%, it does not include withholding tax of 10% right? so the effective yield is 5.4%? Thanks sifu sifu |

No, most of the times not the whole dividend is taxable
u gotta read the details (see how much is taxable at 10%, how much is exempt) |
