QUOTE(Rei7 @ Mar 13 2014, 01:33 PM) Yup it works like that. You only get the reward of the thing you have yet to unlocked. If you have unlocked an achievement already before the event you'll not get it. I think it's a way for them to not lose a lot of money but can't complain la free money I had unlocked a lot of the achievements on promo in XCOM, Civ V and Borderlands 2.

If it's during the promo and you got the Playfire account already that don't worry. You'll probably get the money eventually. I got my Thief GMG credit quite late but eventually it will be there. Think it was 5 dollars in total.

And the Hawken's credits arent added to my account yet. This post has been edited by Cheesenium: Mar 13 2014, 01:39 PM

Yeah it forces you to play it now while the promo is still on and earn the achievements. There was some error previously when it was syncing with my steam account and gave me free credits for past achievements but guess they patched it.

QUOTE(Cheesenium @ Mar 13 2014, 01:38 PM) Nah, I unlocked it long time ago. Long time ago cannot earn bro. You can only earn if it was during the time of the reward. You can check the blog post of the latest reward here http://blog.playfire.com/2014/03/wednesday...s-12032014.htmlIt's like a reward for new players who haven't played the game. I think it's a way of them to encourage new sales on GMG. The only way to earn from them is..if you haven't unlock the achievement or play the game for the first time yet. It takes a few days for the money to come in. It is not instant. Sometimes it took more than a week or so. But you'll eventually get it for sure. http://telltalegames.bandcamp.com/The end credits song from The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2 felt eerie for some reasons. Probably due to MH370. Dont think there is any spoilers for those who havent played it. Its just good music.

i think as long you get the achievement before the closing date of the event in playfire, you still get the free money. i unlock all achievement for sleeping dogs back in early december but the playfire event was end of january still i got all the money for the event. it might change now but just pray hard it still counted... only wish they do the achievement for my other perfect games. MORE $$$$
Edit: my bad, didnt notice the small print on the bottom of the page in playfire announcement. Yes it doesnt count if its not earned during the event period..

QUOTE(marfccy @ Mar 13 2014, 03:24 PM) actually i wonder if no DRM, where to download the files ar? of course they give the link to download lol. gog provides it QUOTE 1. How do I download my purchased games? As soon as you complete the checkout process, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen with a list of ordered games and download links. Also, every game you purchase gets added to your “My account” page, so if you ever need to redownload a game, that's the place you want to visit. 2. Can I re-download my purchased games? Is there a limit to the number of re-downloads? You can always re-download games bought at GOG.com via the “My account” page. Also, there is no limit to the number of redownloads, but please remember that you're not allowed to share your GOG.com account with other users as only you are entitled to download games from your account.

Ok, guys.
Does steam ninja download things without telling me?
My bro keep insisting that they do and wants me to turn it off whenever he plays games.
I'm not talking about game updates where it shows up in the download bar. I'm not talking about steam updates where the icon shows it's working something.
I mean completely nothing. Idling icon, but downloading something regardless.
Does it do that? My bro is pissing me off by insisting that steam does huge ninja downloads with an idling icon

Steam auto download updates whenever an update is released. But the default settings usually is stop downloads when playing a game unless chosen otherwise
