Work and live balance, my week end movie : The Hunger Game 2012



Story :The nation of Panem consists of a wealthy Capitol ruling twelve poorer districts. As punishment for a past rebellion, each district must provide two "tributes" - one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 selected by lottery (the "Reaping") - once every year to compete in the Hunger Games; they must fight to the death in an arena, with the sole survivor rewarded with fame and wealth.

In District 12, when Primrose Everdeen is chosen in her first Reaping, her older sister Katniss, an expert archer, volunteers to take her place. Peeta Mellark, a baker's son, is selected as the other district tribute. Katniss and Peeta are taken to the Capitol accompanied by their mentor, Haymitch Abernathy, a past District 12 victor and heavy drinker, and chaperone Effie Trinket.

2 new major movies just become available:

xbmc->mashup->hd movies->yify->hobbit: desolation of smaug 1080 aac 2.0

xbmc->mashup->hd movies->yify->47 ronin 1080 aac 2.0

if not playing with home theater for dts/dtshdma audio, these 1080's with stereo are very good.

I found out that dailyflix is showing 720p movie only nowadays, im starting back buying Bluray already

if I have subtitles file how to match for those movie at the XBMC ?

no need separate subtitles files, which i doubt will work on xbmc.
easier to activate xbmc subs (which draws on opensubtitles and/or podnapisi) either at settings or click on the subs icon at bottom right of screen.


latest watched:

xbmc->mashup->hd movies->hackermil hd->tinkerbell and pirate fairy 1080 aac2.0
xbmc->mashup->hd movies->hackermil hd->i, frankenstein 1080 aac2.0 (video good, audio not so good)

both can get the right eng subtitles by clicking on subs icon.

tried on yesterday , just can get English subtitles , I m looking for chinese subtitles due to poor on my English ....hehe

think xbmc offers only english and hebrew subs - which tells u who's brains are behind it.


ext subs like .srt... i doubt you can match them with xbmc online videos. even with downlded ones, not always easy to find the right couples...

I hear from my friend can use one software to edit those downloaded subtitles to match the movie >

wait for me check with him what kinds of software can do it .....

he just ask me to go "shooter "chinese website to download the subtitles , 80 % work find and matched for the movie ....

I have presintalled Shooter Subtitle addon in your XBMC, just enable the "Shooter" subtitle as below screen :



P/S : To use Chinese subtitle in XBMC, you need the Chinese Characters set. XBMC 12.2 in my skydrive already included Chinese character set.

Install the p2p repo inside the xbmc repo. install sopcast in PC. you will find many HD live sports including star sports 1,2,3,4,and F1
