one thing i suggest u take note is sometimes these free apks go dead, come back alive the next day.

so, u need to know the diff - is it temp dead or it just stuck or it crashes or simply can't install?

frankly, i would think that app like many others work on android 4.2, 4.4, 5.1, 6.0, 7.0, 7.1 - all of them.

u will need to dig deeper to know what happened, be it this app or some other app.

1.6.6 is good.

Those 4k... mostly 9-10gb, some bigger.

They are 2160p indeed, as verified by my box, my tv, and my eyes.

Work well with 50mbps, no need to pause for buffer.

They are good; videowise, almost as good as those in my collection which are much bigger.

That is becos of audio... 5.1/7.1 hd audio takes a lot more space than 2.0.

the math does work out... 30-50mbps relatively stable should be able to stream these 10-15 gb files fairly easily.

the same ones previously available in kodi addons should play the same but the providers put obstacles, need realdebrid, vpn, etc.

actually, from this terra, some china sites, we know 4k 2.0 is not difficult.

but few will want attract too much attention, i suppose.

that will likely intensify... we just watch what we can get...

find it under MOVIES, not TV.

last night, it became laggy.... for all streams... slow to resolve links.

traffic jam, i suppose!

i notice there are streams that are aac 5.1, which is good enough.

also, if u hv not noticed, while under settings u can only select mx or vlc player, u can actually use other installed players when u get to the prompt to play... "open with...". i play with himedia player, better video, can use all the options, see all the stream info.

r u sure it is not yr internet connection problem??

u get premium channels for 1 day for a new device; after that, only "free channels".

i hardly use this previously but with better speed now, i found it to be quite useful.

i do not know what else is in premium if u pay but many free ones work very well, some in HD too.

there are all kinds of devices, many android versions.

some of these apps are not compatible with certain devices.

name yr device, android version, ram/storage, yr internet speed...

the, can tell something about what u can do and cannot do with it.

what kind of stuff r u looking for to watch?

this is a handphone.

phones and tablets work very well with legit apps like astrogo, hyppe'where, iflix.

typically, free apps do not work as well as they do on android boxes, likely the firmwares are built differently.

also, android7 is kinda new, many such free apps do not work with this version.

lastly yr phone probably has certain security features that will block certain apps that appear to pose a malware threat.

that particular app is also kinda like a lottery, so u should not miss it.

there are many other apps u can try, posted by ocmax here - check terrarrium, mobdro - these should work.
