Must admit these Maxwell cards overclock quite effortlessly, and this particular 980 is only a reference card. The custom pcb/cooler cards will be even more impressive.

Attached Image

Score: 1862
Core: 1331mhz, boosted to 1444mhz observed during Heaven run
Mem: 1950mhz
Max Temp: 74degrees
Fan Curve: Max 70%
Overvolting: None
Board Power Limit: 113%
Target Temperature: 85degrees

hmm.gif AMD gonna have to work their arse of to beat that.
Not to mention the price, usually I despised NVDIA for the prices and drivers issue, but after what I experienced from the AMD cards, I take it all back (for now).
Anyway, have you tested it limits? how high can you go?

bro, I'm quite sure 1331/1950 is not the limit and will be trying to push it further when I have time again smile.gif

But I'm really really looking forward to see what people do with their custom pcb/cooler 980s. Also, have faith in AMD still, first quarter 2015 we'll know!

Can you post the score for stock 980 clocks?
I'm interested in the comparison of R9 290/X, 780, 780 Ti & 980 stock scores.

Well it seems like the photobucket kept cropping my leaderboards pictures till magnifying glass are needed. Do you guys know any good and free image hosting where the pictures will not be cropped automatically? If there's none, I might have to upload it as attachment on the next update.

On the other news, managed to get myself an old 1080p monitor, will post results and the leaderboards tonight.

Have you considered transferring the leaderboard to a Google Doc spreadsheet instead?
Much easier to edit etc, can set permissions/access for extra people to help you maintain it as well.

Yeah, thought about it, tried it, but it seems that this forum system doesn't support spreadsheet.

Leaderboards updated rclxm9.gif

Nice work raydenex, a GTX980 with only half overclocked overpowered the rest. *weep*

Alright that's it, the contents of the leaderboards getting more and more each day and the photobucket kept cropping my pictures till it's too small for comfort.

Anyone of you guys know any good/free image hosting sites that won't crop the original pictures? By the way, anyone familiar with Google doc spreadsheets?
