bsides red lcd issue, what other issues u face when using this model? like wifi issues, high temp issues??

i didn't have any of those problem.
my wifi is perfect and even during game time, the temp is not that high comparing to my friends.
they resorted to the use of fan to cool down their laptop.
the only small disadvantage is the grill below.
they tend to collect dust.

oh why ytlay, I was so close in pre-ordering the local Commandos series from storm88 until I saw this v3. Right now have to hold back for a while and wait for this official spec reveal.

if you need just an entry level you may go for g400s.
i3 3rd gen with 4gb ram and GT720m GPU. it goes around 1499 if base from malaysia lenovo site current price

i still think 3rd gen chip is better in term of performance.
haswell is an upgrade, but because of the battery saver tehcnology, the performance is a bit low.

actually i never monitor the temp.
that's the best thing.
i play for more than 2 hours and the highest i reach is only 79.
never have it gone more than 80-90.
i always put my battery on high performance.
the dvd is capable of burning dvd rom. no worries there.

u can try look for z510 non touch model, with i5 4200m processor and gt740m gc, new model, price around rm2299-2399, nice looking also

hi, i hav just received my y510p via delivery. may i know how to check whether the package is original and has not been opened and replaced before?

well the box itself would give some hint..
for an opened box you could see the sticker has been tampered/replaced and even on the box would ave some tear whee the sticker should be. unless the seller is good in changing the original seal, the item is untouched new..

u know how to do the warranty? i asked the seller to help me do, but he said i nid do myself

what is the diff btwn y510p with the gt750m and gt755m besides gc difference?

base clock, which means if you overclock gt750m to gt755m clock rate, it will "unofficially" become gt755m. And they are of the same identical card.
