maybe i am too patient le lo, but consider my place is quite far from kl, courier pick up time also need about one week, so i think still acceptable...(compare to someone say their case is last for 3 month above + personally send it to service center ...)

Dell after sales service is the best, this no one can deny it

maybe you are correct, another case is asus desktop request exchange hdd but asus just cn for him... is it asus really really shortage of people, if yes, i would like to help them with minimum charge lo!

gtx 960m and gtx 860m look like nothing difference in the specification lo, just a renew the name....

Well actually shipping won't take so long. Mostly if you ship deliver it to your courier today, tomorrow or next 2 day it will reach the destination already (assuming they are doing their job).
I guess most service center worker is just lazy to help customer solve their problem. Eg: Claiming 1 hdd need one month is really... haha

Well.. yea.. Depend on courier lo.. Pos Laju so far my experience is very efficient. I send it to Penang from Melaka, they guy received it the next day. Total go and return take 2 days only

go check gpu boss , in term of specification nothing difference, benchmark havent know la... but mostly the performance is lebih kurang lo

eh what happen to acer, i thought last time got 12gb ram, now also reduce to 8gb ram ?

just realise is a new model, which has i7-4720HQ instead of i7-4710HQ

i think i would prefer 12gb ram
