Do read spare tyre's pressure, usually around 60 psi range, higher than normal wheels

Actually it depends on what type of spare tire you have. If it is those normal spare tire then just follow the normal air pressure to pump.

Those 60psi tires are temporary spare tires very thin like bike tire one, those need higher PSI because it's narrower so it needs higher pressure to sustain the car's weight. The contact patch on these temporary spare are very small so the tire will take more load than a wider one and there are not meant to be use for long time and need to be replaced ASAP. My Grandis, Lexus is having such tire. I believe the newer batch saga also having these kind of tire sotong my saga is those full width road tires as spare.

But those tire sotong spare is not light also. My Grandis one that day I took out is much heavier than my 17inch rims despite being only 16inch

I bought this Oil Cap for less than 100 but it's a used unit. Got some scratches but can polish back and missing the rubber gasket The pedal is for MT only.
