Last couple of month I contacted Ford 3S service centre under Persada Auto( Puchong) for my car servicing and was upset because they did not provide car servicing anymore. Just heard my friend said centre as mentioned has closed down recently. Anyone of you know are they relocating or close down permanently in Puchong area? I heard even Hyundai has closed down one or two service centre in Petaling Jaya......

I do not know what the hell is going on but I think must be something to do with poor sales and poor after sales service support.

Now I need to travel to Ford located at PJ federal highway for my next servicing.

Bro, I have tried before . The customer service will ask you to wait for 2 working days and come back to you. I complaint about 2 years ago and I dun think they have improve..... Hope I'm wrong

I was so frustrated because my car was lying at their workshop... The ford customer service don't give a damn and they dun understand their customer as car owner! So wait lah.......

Persada Auto Ford service centre at Puchong Kinrara has changed to Mazda showroom. I contacted them last month for my fofo service.

Yeab... I think Ford Ranger and Fiesta are selling ok only, rest of the model are lying at dealer car yard. I hardly see any fofo facelift model on the road. Definitely sales hit hard by macho looking Civic at this segment.



My ford focus tail lamp was hit by motorist early this year and SDAC required almost 2 and half months for stock arrival ....so by adding to their poor after sales service, there is no surprise they going downhill, same goes to Hyundai!

Malaysia weather not suitable for conti car like Ford? Maybe Taiwan MK3.5 tend to have more people driving due to weather not so hot compare to Malaysia ....

Been driving my fofo for 3 years , I noticed the grinding sound and jerking become mush lesser especially at night. What do you guys think?

I still remember during my high school in the 90's , Ford was quite popular with their Ford Lynx and Ford 1.8 laser TX3 . After that, Ford disappear from market some time and launched their models few years back.

I think it should be under 5 years warranty. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Suggest you check with their manager because I have encountered experience the customer service officer do not know what the heck is going on.
For instance, there is one customer service officer from SDAC PJ told me Ford Focus c/w 3 years warranty only. He did not believed me till I showed him the letter of 5 years / 180K mileage or whichever come first.

If the manager show " Tak apa" attitude, go to the manager boss till get things right. That's what I do !

Do you guys know much it cost to change battery outside for Fofo year 2014 model?

Yeab.. agree with you! Should check and ask in detail with higher management . There was one time I complaint and emailed all the way to the director of SDAC in order to get my things done.....

Some of them do not know what the fcuk is going on, perhaps high staff turnover??...

My Ford Focus year 2014 air Cond has funny smell and air blower not so strong as compare previously. Anyone of you know any Ford service centre outside which is good and reliable?

Your brake pads and engine mounting wear off so fast? How about your air Cond?

Yesterday , I just changed engine flywheel seal because oil leakage. It cost me RM 600++ for parts and labour. My Fofo is now 3 years 6 months old.

I have been driving Ford Focus for 3 and half years since year 2013( current car mileage less than 90K ). My fuc@king clutch changed 3 times , there is one time I left my car for 2 weeks plus at workshop because their software unable to calibrate the gear and the whole damn car unable to start because clutch failure. After sales service from Sime Darby Auto connection in PJ is the WORST among the car service centre I have experienced. Immediately contacted customer service and seek more support to fasten the process, all they know is to ask you to wait for 2 fuc@king days. After loosing my patient , I complaint all the way by email to their MD at Sime Darby Auto connection to push their ass from office

There is one time my tail lamp was hit by motorist , just a tail lamp from SDAC need to wait for 2 months to order from Thailand. Luckily mine is just a tail lamp, I really pity those car in SDAC workshop which required few months for parts to arrive because the whole damn car unable to roll.

Ford is a fantastic car to drive, there is absolutely no doubt about it! We understand 'Mat Salleh" car normally does create some problems due to Malaysia climate, that is ok! But what if the service centre is a total screw up?? Is it worth to own this car by going through such traumatic process ? There are few service centre in Puchong and Shah Alam have been closed down this year if not mistaken.

Like one of our brother mentioned in previous post, unless you are driving this car as third or fourth cars onwards. If not, please think twice if you use it as your first car. Just like friends ask me about this car, I say a BIG no to own this car ........... unless you like to drive a fast and performance car which I doubt in KL traffic.
