I only run 4 tasks max at a time in 0.91. I am running both emule and BC.
My bandwidth is capping me down.

Maybe is out of memory, he is using C2D E6700, but using 512MB DDR2-667 only in Windows XP.

Are you behind a router? Can you download when you can't connect to anything?

i also want to know what version of BitComet you using
since that some will use the mod v0.66 version which will make system hang (although the positive feedback is very fast)

For the 0.66 Special Edition, personally I think it's very very unstable, I prefer Xunlei over 0.66 Special Edition. No idea 0.66SE hate me or what, the speed is slower(Big difference, not few KB/s difference) than Xunlei, and Xunlei got no problem (lagging,etc) at all

When i open bitcomet 0.91 , in the bottom right , got a yellow light (block) . My pc hv Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 only and dint hv other firewall . I already let Kaspersky Internet Security allow bitcomet . I oso off window firewall . I'm not using router (mean need key in password manually to connect streamyx)

What is the problem of my bitcomet (block) ? But anyway , i still can upload and download by using bitcomet ...

the problem is...when i 1st run the programme..it has a good speed..around 20 to 50...but few hours later...it drops till only 1 to 10...

im using version 0.90... im behind router... it seems like its downloading but wit very slow speed.. n when my bitcomet is on.. i kenot log in my msn o my ym...
even wan search stuff also kenot....
but my pc no hang wor... jus the internet kenot connect... i do limit my speed... cos if i don limit... right after i start download task.. my connection straight away dc... at least when i limit.. i still can use for a while

I used 0,90 before but dont kinda like it cz it eats up all my ram.. Imagine when i dl 20 torrent together.. it eats up my ram like no tomorrow.. around 250mb..

So I downgrade back to 0.73 and no problem since then as 20 torrent just took me 60mb. lol..

Not so sure regarding version 0.66 is super fast though.

Nowdays try changing to IRC. Torrent is getting slower as days goes by thanks to our service provider. lol

if you using Riger DB102 by tmnuts
then dun use it behind router when download by p2p...
it is a very sux modem
download 20 torrent together??
if it eat up 300MB ram also normal...

Most likely you're disconnected from the seeders?

Do a portfoward, get your router model's and find it at http://www.portfoward.com and do a portfoward.

Surely for that because you run 20 task at same time.. why do you want to do so? Even if you run all 20 task, the speed might get from worse to worst..

just tried bitcomet 0.6 se, damn fast, international torrent go up to 130+ kb/s, compare to the new utorrent, so slow, <10kb/s

the new version is not good it will cause internet failure just like what sohailili face
