what do you mean by "automatic"??
if you use routing mode to connect to internet, for sure you must portforward
else, if you use bridging mode, then no need

if the "automatic" you mean is UPnP port mapping
i can tell you that both BitComet and Torrent also have UPnP port mapping function
and if you use routing mode, watever bt client you use, you also need to port forward

I got a question here

If I did the portforward manually inside the modem, do I need to check the "enable NAT/Firewall Configuration in ICS/ICF" ?

if the modem supports UPNP and the application support it as well (bitcomet does), then port forwarding is not needed. the modem itself will handle the forwarding of the port.

anyone can help me?

and also, what's the recommended value for max. concurrent half open connections?
*
how come there is no other people answer your question... sweat.gif
the last post answer is no need
2nd post, better set as default (default is 10)
but even you set to other value, i think there wont be much effect...

how it can all gone??
i also experience it last time... it gone after i do a virus scan by AVS... and i tot the AVS virus scan can make the task all deleted...
but this lately i didnt have this kind of problem anymore even i have scan it many times...
so, i also dunno why the task will gone...

try this:
1. open that torrent again
2. when ask you the save location, put in same location, and choose to download LATER
3. hash check
4. the percentage will come back, enjoy!! smile.gif
