Personally I like Bitcomet 0.54
Anybody likes this version? But I think most people will update everytime when there is an updated version.

I assume you're using aztech router right?

Remember you map it to your own local IP not any other IP

Yes...my own IP.
Using router.
Can keep changin IP in http://192.168.1.1.

Sometimes 218.xx.xx.xxx .some times 219.xx.xx.xxx

The 13450 is the listen port of BitComet right?
Keep changing if we "Choose Random Port".

Download still slow though even I change Port to 24367 cry.gif
Never reach above 20kb...maintain 14kb...and now 6kb...worse.

No, I think that is your WAN IP

Look for your internal IP using ipconfig command.
Sometimes the internal IP changes everytime you reset the router, it's a good idea to set static IP

disaster.
since I follow the port forwarding thing...cannot connect to internet now.
Even when going to the http://192.168.1.1
After entering the username and password to login..

"internal communation error. exiting."

What to do now? doh.gif

Called Streamyx tech. support...they ask me to bring the modem to a
PC shop so that they can set it to manual connection doh.gif

this is a worst version i ever installed. When I leave my PC for a night...it just close for unknown error (crash).. My experience was exactly same like yours.
You either use back the previous version or upgrade to the latest 0.70.

You can check
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers...EU/BitComet.htm
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers...ER/BitComet.htm
to see which one is it similar to.

For me I'm using an EW but it is fine even if i refer to the guide of EU since the GUI is the same.
