my problem same with xemse89, banker said solicitor didnt send release letter to them, solicitor said developer didnt send billing letter to them, developer said they send out oledi. Hopefully my payment will settle on time.

Btw, SEH mention "building energy-saving houses with solar power or renewable energy capabilities.". Do you think this is applicable only to semi-D and bungalow only?
