wonder why sp setia so vague on all this things. For example, alarm system and intercom to guard hse is confirm given by SA, but not in specs nor SPA. Well, hopefully there will be more surprises than dissapointment when VP.

Yupe I received it too, most probably after answering to the feedback form.
I must say they are really good in upholding the customer service standard and satisfaction.

I remember vividly during the S&P signing at the welcome centre, I asked the technical team member who was on site about the alarm system. He said that it is true that all houses in ecohill will be equipped with alarm system even though it is not stated in the S&P.
Alarm point however are installed at most of the window sills only, so doors wise, we need to add on the points ourselves.

for the price for semi-D, should include the alarm system..

but if the developer also provide alarm system to DSL, then is really a bonus for DSL with this kind or pricing...

Roughly, what is the cost of a typical alarm system? RM 100, 1000, 5000, 10,000?

last year i replaced my alarm set for my 2.5 storey house. It costs me rm2k. Home alarm brand (using bluguard motherboard).

I heard to add additional point based on friend who stay in setia alam, they were charged rm500 just to add one point from spsetia. Can't confirm the rumour though.

I am not greedy, but I'll be satisfy if they promised me Plavia 2 but deliver me bungalows.

500 sounds reasonable, but given the number of windows we have and also the door, by the time finished adding all probably goes to 5-10k extra cost.

u count how many windows we have? and assuming half is not fitted, just 10 additional point will be 5k d, based on the figure shared earlier.
let's hope all points will be covered and max just need to add 1 or 2
