aphrodite is indeed for beginner...... venus almost impossible to do for push up and jacknive

yeah it is.. im a beginner on exercising.. so this is too hard for me..
i do only twenty burpees twenty squat and twenty situp per day.. and it took below 10 minutes.. but i feel like wanna pass out..
but i still will do everyday until i can do aphrodite (150 burpees, 150 squats, 150 situp) in one day..

haihyoyo..i think because im gaining weight..too tired bcos so many jobs to do..
and running for 3km that takes me 25mins..
not so fit hahahha

last few days i do venus routine (50 push up, 25 jackknife, 50 squat x 4 rounds)
but i manage to do 1 round only.. after that i go watching tv..
after like 30 minutes watching tv my thigh got sore muscle and i cant even get up from chair.. i need to push the chair using my hand to get up..
unfortunately my shoulder and my arm muscle too get sore but not as bad as my thigh.. need 2 days until my thigh get better.. i think this freeletics is not suitable for beginner.. even i do 25% of real routine i also get bad sore muscle.. i think i gonna do like 10% of the exercise until i can do the normal one.

From my experience, maybe you are overdo. Dont go straight to high level. Try to do 10xburpess,10xjumping jacks,10x body weight squat,10x crunches - 3/4sets. Once you master ( means can deal with the intensity and proper breathing) you can increase the reps.

But the sore muscle is not a bad thing after all. Even me ( after several attempts) also has lil bit sore. It will recover in a day.

Freeletics is suitable for beginner ! Just dont go too intense.
