From my experience, maybe you are overdo. Dont go straight to high level. Try to do 10xburpess,10xjumping jacks,10x body weight squat,10x crunches - 3/4sets. Once you master ( means can deal with the intensity and proper breathing) you can increase the reps.

But the sore muscle is not a bad thing after all. Even me ( after several attempts) also has lil bit sore. It will recover in a day.

Freeletics is suitable for beginner ! Just dont go too intense.
